Really cool concept! My son is a Sophomore in HS, and throws the disc. I think he could benefit from getting one of these! Can you point me to any of your videos that would help him with staying tight and fast in his spin technique? Their HS track coach is a basketball coach. So he doesn’t have a discus coach, per se. I tend to use your videos to try and show him things. But, I threw javelin, did pole vaulting, and relay when I was in HS. So, I’m not very qualified to help him. I wish you’d do a seminar down here in GA! Thanks!
