The joke here is that this character is probably some sort of shut in, much like a young male who spends all day in his room (a gamer). Now, the interesting part here is that he says a 'fat moderator' tp'ed (teleported) him out of his coom cave. In online video games, a moderator is someone who keeps the game working as intended, and ironically enough, they're usually also shut ins themselves. In this case though, this Biocogitatus Rho X fellow explicitly used the word 'fat' to describe the moderator in question. Because of this single detail, we can deduce that he's talking about your mother, as the word 'fat' is directly associated with her due to just how rotund and overweight she is.
