Whilst I like Bivol and think he poses a decent challenge to Canelo, it’s abundantly clear that Beterbiev with a 100% KO record, and holder of IBF and WBC titles is the most dangerous fighter in the division
Beterbiev has been dropped and hurt before and his last fight was almost a 12 round war where he took a lot of hits. He has crazy power but thats it. He gets hit too much and just brawls with his opponents and yes he is a champion but so is bivol. I think bivol is much tougher to beat for canelo then beterbiev.
If Canelo had chosen beterbiev, people would say he only fights old guys. If Canelo fight Bivol, people say he is ducking beterbiev who has more kos. Both fighters are good but a younger champion would look better on the eyes of the fans.

I like Canelo, but I don't think GGG should fight Canelo anymore. Time has only, and will only benefit Canelo. That's why he never fought GGG in the first place, and was waiting for GGG to get older. Canelo is at another level now, and age seems to have started to catch up with GGG. First fight should've been for GGG, second was pretty close.
Charlo's the real challenge for Canelo and I think Alvarez knows it and that's why he's been ducking him I mean as long as he continues to fight slower boxers he's gonna be the "king" of boxing, Canelo's certainly a tremendous fighter there's no question about it but he really needs to bring Charlo to the ring that way he'll prove how good he really is. To me it seems like Canelo's now fallen into his comfort zone, I mean I'm not underestimating bigger boxers cause they're always dangerous but they're not as quick so that tends to be a disadvantage vs quicker fighters. Whilst I like Bivol and think he poses a decent challenge to Canelo, it’s abundantly clear that Beterbiev with a 100% KO record, and holder of IBF and WBC titles is the most dangerous fighter in the division
Beterbiev has been dropped and hurt before and his last fight was almost a 12 round war where he took a lot of hits. He has crazy power but thats it. He gets hit too much and just brawls with his opponents and yes he is a champion but so is bivol. I think bivol is much tougher to beat for canelo then beterbiev.
If Canelo had chosen beterbiev, people would say he only fights old guys. If Canelo fight Bivol, people say he is ducking beterbiev who has more kos. Both fighters are good but a younger champion would look better on the eyes of the fans.

I like Canelo, but I don't think GGG should fight Canelo anymore. Time has only, and will only benefit Canelo. That's why he never fought GGG in the first place, and was waiting for GGG to get older. Canelo is at another level now, and age seems to have started to catch up with GGG. First fight should've been for GGG, second was pretty close.
He likes challenges and he challenges bivol instead of Beterbiev.

Charlo's the real challenge for Canelo and I think Alvarez knows it and that's why he's been ducking him I mean as long as he continues to fight slower boxers he's gonna be the "king" of boxing, Canelo's certainly a tremendous fighter there's no question about it but he really needs to bring Charlo to the ring that way he'll prove how good he really is. To me it seems like Canelo's now fallen into his comfort zone, I mean I'm not underestimating bigger boxers cause they're always dangerous but they're not as quick so that tends to be a disadvantage vs quicker fighters. Alvarez's fought bigger guys lately and the result's been about the same, Canelo counterpunching slower rivals, come on! most of us want to see him face guys with good footwork and quickness cause that'll make it more entertaining.
Canelo ducking charlo ? Charlo been saying he‘s gonna fight canelo and golovkin for years now but who has he fought in the last years ? Charlo is a great fighter who would be a tough fight for canelo but I think its actually him who is in the comfort zone. He isn‘t fighting the best guys and doesn‘t want to lose his belt. He even called out plant right after he lost to canelo instead of calling canelo out and now he doesn‘t want to make the plant fight so now benavidez took that fight where as charlo wants to fight an old washed up out of prime golovkin. His last fight was a draw against a non top contender and some people say charlo lost and even a draw would be a robbery. Charlo doesn‘t care about legacy he cares about money, keeping his record clean and protecting his belt until he retires where as canelo wants to make history and steps up to face champions with belts unlike charlo.
