Not if it’s done right! It should not be getting caught. If it is you need product to add slip. And after doing it for many years you just learn how to take them out without it getting tangled. Definitely can see why you’d think that as I remember getting one tangled in my head as a kid, but as a professional stylist whose being doing blowouts for years it shouldn’t ever pull and hurt or tangle.
I'm currently doing hairdressing as a course and they shouldn't hurt to put in or take out ,even when using the round brush to create a curl with a blow dryer it shouldn't hurt either although it is quite easy to get caught in the hair you just have to be careful

You can boil wash some but I do it with cold water so it's temporary and undone with a simple brush if needed. I don't do human hair because it's much harder than hair made from plastic...

The tension in some of these like the red vines lmao. It’s hard to roll with something you aren’t used to. It’s good to practice though and using something like that it’s unpredictable and can actually help improve finger dexterity helping to improve the tension while rolling. Too loose and curls fall. Too tight and you get breakage. STORYTIME in hairschool one of the girls did a spiral perm it came out beautiful we were celebrating like fantastic job well couple months later girl came back in and so much breakage. Basically she rolled them way too tight/hard her tension was too tight and the breakage happened where every band was. You want that sweet spot not too loose not too tight. Also making sure to blot blot blot that water out so it takes in the solution and uniform application of solution. Most people hate perms after hairschool and never take them. Me I still enjoy doing them. Idk why this turned into advice lmao it just did
In all seriousness someone should check on the dog poop bag girl she’s very shaky 😢 I was extremely depressed & became underweight/ frail and was always shaking… I hope she’s alright, I wouldn’t wish that feeling on anyone, sending love! ❤
@@ranafarooqi she could have diabetes for all I know, but personally shaking wasn’t normal for me.. no adults in my life asked about the change, but the young students I was working with noticed and thought I broke lol. They saw me go from strong and healthy to shaking, sweating and lost 20 lbs in front of them, leaving me underweight. I ended up leaving my job because i didn’t want to scare the kids, and after that I couldn’t get out of bed anymore. I don’t know what you have against checking in with someone to see if they’re doing okay? If just one coworker or parent were to acknowledge how sick I got and ask me about it, it would’ve made all the difference to me. When you’re depressed any pinch of kindness is appreciated, when your mental is soo down that it physically changes you, and everyone just ignores it, you feel a lot more worthless, lonely and sad. Spread love not judgement, you never know who needs it. ❤️ the poop bags was actually my favorite thing used btw 😂
