Crazy...I know this is part of my shadow; however, I quite literally feel this is describing my husband to a T. Our last name is Knight. I am struggling to keep motivated and be motivating at the same time. This felt like a light bulb message. Oooffffta

Well, there could be a few addictive-type habits that you might be working with, that could be hindering your moving forward step by step. It's good to nurture yourself, but not to the point of becoming stagnant!
