    I have seen a lot of Maya video tutorials. This is first class.

    Good tutorial! Trying to remember what I should be putting in all of those settings will be a problem though. If only @autodesk Maya had some hover-over pop-ups with info on what ideal settings should be, what min-max ranges should be, and how to balance attributes.

    Nice tutorial ! To creat fire you advise me to use the bifrost method or 3D container ? why using more of one than the other ?

      At the moment it's just a matter of personal preference as both tools can get the job done. However, Autodesk has been investing more on Visual programming so chances are that in the close future Bifrost would be the weapon of choice.

      I usually use photoshop (cloud tool) to create noise. Of course another easy way is to use noise node via hypershade and export it to Photoshop

      Can you see the fluid when you render? Might be the graphics card issue

    how to make fire the light source in the scene?

    • @sarkamari
      @sarkamari  2 года назад +1

      Either do it in post by adding a glow node or use a simple point light in maya with a rand() expression on the intensity (my preferred method of course)
