Meditation is definitely worth trying. I wouldn't say it has changed my life, but I can feel small changes whenever I do it. I've been doing it on and off for a few years. I've tried different types of meditation, but so far the one I enjoyed the most is transcendental meditation, and I think this is where people get stuck. They need to find the right meditation for them, the right teacher, maybe, and also give it time. I didn't really feel many changes or many things for quite some time in the beginning. I guess that's why I've done it on and off, but I can say that nowadays whenever I meditate I feel calmer. If I do some breath work, I reduce anxiety in moments of need. There are probably different types of meditation for different moments in our lives. Sorry for the rambling, I just put it out there. What would you say was the best benefit you got from meditation since you started?
Hey, Rareș, thank you so much for your comment! I only see your comment now for some reason. You're more than welcome to chat together here :D So glad that you are practicing meditation and transcendental meditation is indeed a good one. For me, the connection with meditation was instant, and I was lucky to find the right technique right away, but I see in many of my clients nowadays that it takes some time to find it. I practice Theta Healing, meditation, which I feel is very deep. I used to be a very impulsive person and meditation and Yoga really brought me back to myself. I healed phobias and even asthma :) I guess the thing is I almost always use meditation as a self-development and inner exploration tool. The insights that I get are simply mind-blowing. Thank you for dropping by!
