"Shokz" bone conducting headphones. I love them and use them daily. Great for riding bicycle while still being able to hear cars. Great for being able to hear anything while still having music playing! Also very comfortable during the summer time. And don't get as gross as the in ear headphones.

Not to disprove what your saying but headphones like the Apple AirPods Max, Sony WH-1000XM5, and a multitude of other headphones have very good pass through and active noise canceling that dosent block the outside world. @christiano7193

If i could change some things, I'd say ear buds.. headphones are nicer but for EDC if you take them now you HAVE to have some kinda bag which i dont wanna do, also the battery thing is unnecessary and bulky... Just charge your stuff at night and carry a charger if you really need it, its a lot less bulk, and finally every EDC list should include a pocket pen... Like watches, you wouldnt think you would need one at all til you actually start taking one with you everyday then you realize how handy it is .... These are my changes Id make for myself but if you are gonna have some kinda bag on you everyday anyway then obviously the bulky stuff matters less

I find that a standard leather wallet has always been fine for me... Not super chunky like the examples of normal wallets that they show in ads for techy new wallets ... If your wallets too big you have too much stuff in it and thats the big reason slim wallets are slim: they force you to carry less because they just dont hold as much ... Most of my friends have this carbon fiber thing that mostly just holds cards and while its cool it stacks all the cards so you cant see any but the top one, the mechanism that pushes cards isnt great so getting an individual card is difficult, it doesnt carry cash or papers at all and honestly just doesnt look as nice as a normal leather wallet to me
I made fun of the guys who thought you HAD to have a watch til i started wearing one... Still think they are not necessary at all but when you wear one it WILL become your way of always knowing the time and is more convenient for sure

I use a leather card holder. it holds four cards and cash. I usually carry $50 and two $20s. simple enough for my needs
