As a skydiver, let me tell you this! You don't have the same feeling in a roller coaster in skydiving. Now this might sound dumb and illogic, but to get the "drop" feeling you need to go from 0 to "falling". When jumping out of a plane, you don't start from 0. You start from 100mph, or what ever the plane speed is. And you slowly do the transition from going forward to going down.
That's why the first 1000 feet take 10sec and after that it's 5 sec/1k feet.
If that dropping feeling is what stops you, then you have nothing to loose.
Oh and same for vertigo, you're too high to noticed any height sensation.
I'm at 49:31 right now and this episode has been excellent, guys. Really enjoying it. Colin's NFL topic is extremely interesting, the plane crash story was awesome (and I somehow heard nothing about it) and I'm going to stop typing now and pay attention. I'm a big fan of Eminem, I'm hoping our taste doesn't drive a wedge between us later in the episode, haha. BEYOND! Love you guys.

There is a few great songs on there like berzerk, bad guy,asshole, and rap god, but there is still 1 or 2 songs that i still haven't heard

I highly recommed skydiving, it is one of the most fun experiences you'll ever have, makes every roller coaster kind of boring, but Greg doesn't like roller coasters so I can see how you wouldn't want to

So as a guy looking to upgrade his podcast equipment (while still being deficient in tech knowledge) how do the XLR through the board work? I use the AT2020 USB and want to do a video podcast in the same vein as this and I'm not even sure I could do one with that and three other guys.

Guys your arguments are so stupid that I love them. Im from Colombia, in 2001 I came to the States for the first time and saw Fast and Furious on a cinema, knowing 0 english. But it was awesome to watch. On the argument, a year later, 2 is better than 4.
I'm in the same camp as Nick and Tim. I don't like sports at all, and feel like an outsider when I see friends or family cheer for a local team. I feel very left out.

I know it's a new setup and i just want to give some helpfull criticism.
I hear a lot of hard "popping noises". Especially from Nick and Greg. And they both seem to be closer to their mics than Colin and Tim. I guess moving a little bit away from the mics or "just" doing some audio wizardry will do the trick.

Love the show guys. I have a suggestion though. Can you talk about topics that aren't as U.S specific? I enjoyed listening to most of this but couldn't relate to the American football topic or the TV shows.
