Real potato pancake texture is sticky! a simple recipe :: Gam jha jhon

On a rainy day, jeon is the best~:) So I made potato pancakes.
I don't need any other ingredients. It's really delicious because it's "sticky" with potatoes.
[ Material ]
Potatoes
[ Create ]
1. Grind peeled potatoes on a grater or blender.
2. Squeeze the ground potatoes and mix them with the starch and potatoes that have been soaked in the remaining water.
3. Grease a pan with oil, spread potatoes thoroughly, and bake until golden. ^_^
** TIP **
You don't have to season potatoes separately, but they're really good. Dip it in soy sauce according to your taste :)
