I had no idea what I was clicking when I clicked this, but holy smokes, this was a wiiild ride. Really great arrangement and technical skill here. I'm not familiar with the piece (unless this is original?) but it weirdly gave me Burt Bacharach vibes here and there.
I don’t know if this was always a full ensemble etude, or if FE was added later or the other way around. But I definitely prefer this is a battery etude.
I think Syvatte is the name of the battery cadence/Etude. I forgot the name of the backing track, but thats what the FE is playing. I think it's cool that they added FE.
"Hmmm this 7/8 drum rhythm seems familiar"
"OOOH"
This is really great! Syvåtte is Norwegian and means Seven Eight, clearly referring to the time signature
That snare has a killer mustache
His name is Sebastian Martinez, check him out!

The piece is Alfonso Muskedunder by Todd Terje

@@jacobhanekamp2534 To each their own. FE parts just not my flavor of choice lol
@@user-fl6jf4pn2o Which is completely valid
@@jacobhanekamp2534Alfonso Muskedunder is the source material
Couldn't have gotten mics closer to the drumline? Can barely hear them
Don’t you love not being able to hear the quads at all 🙃
