- The HWP-150 features a hydraulic wedge and a longer grab arm that opens parallel to the log. It cuts logs that are 20-22″ in diameter and it has more splitting force than the 140B.
FEATURES:
-Comes standard with the 4-way wedge, but an optional 6-way wedge is available as an upgrade
-One man operation, with simple controls
-Cut and split firewood from the safety and comfort of the cab of your skid steer
-Mobile - take it to the woods, instead of bringing the wood to the splitter
-Quick attach / detach
-Process wood right into your truck or trailer
All of our processors are built to be compatible with many common skid steer brands and other equipment that use the universal attachment plate. Here are some of the basic compatibility requirements that must be available on your skid steer to operate our processors:
- Case Drain
- Minimum 15 GPM flow rate (no more than 20)
- Minimum 2850 PSI

Good demonstration AJ🚜🪵👍🏼🇺🇸
It runs the bigger logs but the pieces are still pretty big for homeowner/fireplace users. Most need to really be knocked in half again.
You can cut those pieces 4" long if you wanted.
That Is A Groovy Machine 10-4 Nothern USA
My grandpa just bought one of these at the logging show in Oregon. If you don’t mind me asking what your wires are set to in the 14 pin plug I’d like to copy that I’m going to get it set up next week I like those controls you have there! We have a brand new tracked 75 kubota
I was at the show with Halverson & Brute Force. I might have met him. Sorry for the delay. If his Kuboata is a HF he will have the needed wires. If not we have a cab harness he can zip tie in. If needed send me an email sales@shaverequipment.com
The right joystick button the beeps and goes green is actually your high flow trigger. The other buttons on that joystick are active without that one being green. You can also see the other light enable for hi flow on your display once you trigger it.
no the high flow on our unit is a secondary switch that you have to press and hold for 3 seconds and then it is activated. Every machine is a little different.
@@ShaverSalesINC that's investing. I have the same machine a 2021 and that's how mine works.
Looks like she needs a 12 way wedge for those bigger trees.
wedges seem to be the only improvement point. Love it otherwise
Could i run this on a sany sy35u if I added a case drain or would I i need to look at the 120 or 140
Are the trees green, like cut a couple weeks prior or are they dried been sitting awhile? What size Kubota is recommended to handle this attachment?
We’ve run the Halverson on units from a SSV65 & 75. SVL65, 75, 90, 95 & the new 97. Only needs 15.5gpm at 2850psi
Just bought a hwp 150 to run on a takeuchi Tl 12R2 can't get the saw are wedge to work any suggestions.
Where did you pick it up from?
Nice video👍
Awesome machine
yes, yes it is
Good videokee
What is the splitting tonnage on this unit?
Its a 4.5" cylinder running near 3,000psi. I know our Brute Force units with similar cylinders and pressure are in the upper 20's. I'm actually not sure on the 150 to be honest. I shoved everything thru that we needed.
I need one!
Yes you do!
How does it size the cuts to 16 inches?
We had it set to 16”. You can set it anywhere from 12” to 21”
@@ShaverSalesINC understood. I just didn't see where that adjustment is made.
Will this work on a 450 case skid steer
we need 15.5gpm at 2,850psi as a minimum spec with a case drain for any of the units to function. So if you have at least that or more, you'll be good to go
Shit would be nice it actually split the wood in to manageable pieces.
some of the piece are a little large. All depends on what you need. This is why we sell the higher dollar trailer mounted processors. Easy resplits on the smaller units or BIG wedges on larger units
How much does that cost
$21,500 as of 12-19-21
Can buy the Chinese knock off version for 1/3rd the cost from Alibaba. I'd buy two - one for parts lol.
Price and do you finance
$21,500 plus shipping and accessories
yes we finance, the application is over on the webpage
Cool but wayyyy over priced, 7-10k sure now we’re talking, 21k lol nahhhh
20K???? yikes. anyone the 6K china stuff on the net?
@@KeizerWheels if all you’re after is a price point then buy from China. These processors are built in MN, come with a warranty and we stand behind them 100%. Try calling China with a question or when you run into a problem, then you’ll see just how far that $6k takes you. You’ll have a very expensive paperweight I’m afraid.
