Great review, Christine! 🤗To alleviate the stretch out over time just put in more cards, it makes it bulkier but it works 😬 As you said it does pop up a lot as soon as you put in several cards and/or bills. I fixed it with velcro. My paperwallet came in a packaging that used two tiny round velcro stickers (very slim, too) to keep it closed, so I just carefully removed them from the plastic and I stuck them in the inside outer edges (in the middle) and they were able to keep the wallet from popping up so easily. I don't know why they haven't thought of that themselves 🙄
Very cool looking wallet, but over priced in my opinion. I was expecting a $19.99 price tag. It's hard to justify the price tag, considering all the other options out there.
its made out of tyrex and that cost more to make it out of so thats why its not as cheap and they have to pay the artist to use their designs so thats a fair price for a wallet
What other options? (just curious). There's a Kickstarter campaign now (ends in like 1.5 days) and you can get it for $15 if you buy 5 (nice for group buys, gifting friends, etc.). But, sure, buying only one is awfully expensive 😔
Me too! I was looking at that, it looks light and durable but maybe a bit thicker.. which I don't like as much. If they removed the coin pouch and reduced the size by a 1/3 it might be perfect. Take a look at the Flowfold wallet too, might be an option for you.
Paper Wallet also do an interesting coin wallet. Keeping coins separate from cards and bank notes can work out better as only large wallets cater for everything well. All minimalist designs have to compromise somewhere and that means they rarely do well with coins and other small objects we might have carried in a more traditional bifold or tri-fold. Light colours in wallets and bags show the marks more quickly than darker colours. By the time the Paper wallets gets too discoloured and too warn out it is time to pick a different pattern. They are cheaper than most of the alternatives and a bit more fun.

I think it compares best to the Tom Bihn Nik’s wallet. I have both and like them both. The Tom Bihn is the strongest for the same size.

Thanks for watching! 😃

@@lizziemcdonald1748 Tyvek it's a brand name.
I would love to see a card wallet without the bifold

For how long did it last?
Got mine in late 2018 (first Kickstarter campaign), it's still holding up.
Excellent review!
I'd love to hear what you think of Montbell Trail Wallet.
Thanks for the suggestion! I’ll pass it along 😃

Thanks for sharing your insights, Gerald! What’s your go-to wallet or model?

Just to let you know: Using the word "micromillimeter" immediately disqualifies you to any tech or science minded person.
If this is more than 10 bucks it’s not worth it….I can get a cork minimalist wallet for around 10 bucks,And it’s built better.
Thanks for sharing 😃

1. Way, way over priced. 2. Four card capacity is NOT enough.
3. Hate to fold bills like that.
I’ll pass on this for sure!
lol you can get a coin wallet
