How to create motivation in studying languages?

Study to apply in real life not academic theory.
Need to know why we study English? For what purpose? …. And more importantly, we have high motivation when we put language into practice every day. Motivation comes when we have a chance to apply what we learn on a daily basis.
Keep desire by hunger in studying, self-study, continue to study and always be progressive.
