I wish people wouldn't ask Elon the same questions he has answered many times before.
I think he's said all that he needs to say...they should just let him work. Media houses are after clicks and he's trending. He'll tweet about anything that's new
Influential and super wealthy people should be accountable and not be worshipped that means questioning them, you wouldn't do different with politicians.
Also what work he's doing when he's constantly on Twitter?
Why isnt this guy helping his fellow South Africans? They need his help, RIGHT NOW!!!

Elon Musk is the only person I admire in the business world. To many, he is a lunatic, but to me, he is a hero. When he described mining Doge currency done by persons like " Teresa Janette Brock " in one of his interviews, I understood that mining is one of the strategies used by the affluent to grow their money. I've already earned a fortune in just 6 weeks. You have the option of setting up your own mining farm or mining on a cloud network. There is a lot to gain from the transition of this period....
He never gets stumped. Answer’s honestly. If he doesn’t know he says so. I commend him for taking on all those interviews. Never seems to tire him.❤
I feel like every interviewer needs to study the previous one. It’s the same thing every interview, RUclipsrs ask better questions in my opinion.
They feel the need to subdue. A story played by decision, but Elon transcends it all with sincere aim, light heart, and clear mind. #ForFunAndTruth
I agree. RUclipsr does better homework

I got to give to to WSJ for being a MSM paper doing a normal interview with Elon. It might seem trivial but there are so many outlets right now that set up an interview where they interrupt, are rude, deflect questions being asked back, and just creates horrible interviews that are unbarrable to listen to. Of course, we can always wish that the questions would have been better but I think overall he did set a good baseline for how a MSM interview should be conducted.

The WSJ interviewer's questions here were terrible. He's jumping around, asking shallow questions on significant things, but deep-diving on small issues like 'Did your new CEO recommend that you filter some of your own tweets?' ...
We've already heard that! How about asking how the algorithm is improving! Elon actually answered unasked "Before, ads in search weren't even considering the search terms, we've changed that."
When Elon says there's been more changes in the last 6 months than the last 6 years... Dive in!
@@watchingvideos9871 the BBC interviewed Musk for about an hour. "Interview" being a nice word for what actually happened. The BBC person kept trying to pin Elon with gotcha questions instead of asking useful questions, and then they wouldn't stop interrupting his responses. At one point Elon turned one of the gotcha questions around on the interviewer and basically embarrassed him for asking such a stupid question.
That wasn't the worst part though. The worst part BY FAR, was that the BBC took this one hour interview and edited it down to a few minutes and refused to show the full interview. The few bits they did show were clearly selected to elicit reactions from the public. The BBC completely cut out the part where Elon embarrassed the interviewer and also cut out parts of Elon's responses so that some of his statements would be taken out of context. Fortunately some RUclipsr recorded the live interview and reuploaded it.

The patience of Musk to sit and answer all these questions, a lot of which are annoying to me, and I'm not even Elon Musk, wow. I don't know how he pushes through these 18 hour days and then all these friggin questions and stuff.
I believe musk enjoys these interviews, regardless of how ridiculous some of the questions can be. In fact, I think he likes it when an interviewer has an agenda and he has an opportunity to expose them in a debate. For example, he humiliated the woefully unprepared bbc “journalist” last month.
Musk seeks out challenges. I think that should be the takeaway from all that is musk. That was awesome!

It's unfortunate that the interviewer didn't ask more insightful questions, instead repeating ones Elon has already recently addressed. For example, I 'd like to know why Elon doesn't use AI software like ChatGPT. Does he not find it currently useful?
I find it is useful in limited circumstances, at least with GPT-3, I do not fully trust it to find what I am looking for and cite sources and so I still defer to Google search often. The coding aspect of it is certainly not wholly accurate and I use it sometimes to get an idea and then fix the code it gives me as output.

Much appreciation for the interviewer, he asked great questions and gave Elon the space to speak without interruption. The questions about how Elon allocates his time is something I’ve wanted interviewers to go deeper on and this guy did it. Great job all around!
His questions were good, some very good, but he interrupted a few times and was quite condescending. I will rewatch the interview again tomorrow, maybe I am being to critical of a journo, as we have learned from these past few years to have low standards and expectations for them.

I'd be ready to accept that if it weren't for the fact that Elon in this very interview said he wanted the direction of the Twitter community to be to foster conversation around the moderate left and centre right. This is already taking the position that the status quo or what is considered 'centre' by Elon is going to produce the best outcomes for humanity. It is strange that Elon talks about not wanting to censor things but also has a goal of promoting centrist conversation according to his own definition. For example, if Elon uses the US definition of 'centre' then the majority of Democrats are on the left. But taking a global and historical view, the vast majority of US Democrats are in favour of centre-right economic policy and also lean more towards authoritarianism (large degree of government influence on society) than libertarianism (low degree). See link below.
Since the political 'spectrum' in the US has been shifting rapidly towards the Authoritarian Right since 2008, I'm keen to know what Elon's definition of 'Centre' is. It would have been quite illuminating if the interviewer dug into this, but alas.

Asking CEO's how they spend their day seems kind of off-base. It's like asking Lebron James how he spends his day - no amount of mimicking his daily routine will make you 6'8" tall. Like if they asked him how he coaches & manages his employees, manages his emotions, how people can be effective in their careers etc, that might be a lot more helpful.

It was an interesting question
The point of this isn’t just for fanboys to copy him. We follow people like Steve Jobs and Elon musk because they are doing something different, something that’s working, we want to know for a million different reasons. If you don’t want to know you’re just willfully ignorant
It was an interesting question and answer. He basically said that he takes ownership of his time and how it is prioritised and one of the ways he juggles disparate responsibilities is to reduce wasted energy on context switching by having a daily area of focus.
Robot Nanny is a good thought...the future with Robots, I feel, will be more positive, than negative...although we do need to implement important regulations for Robot uses.
