When I was working as a nurse at my local public health during Covid, I had to learn Salesforce to do Covid case investigations. It was crazy; they just alter it for public health uses. My main role was nurse case manager and I had 150 or so clients in my program that I actively followed up on. To be honest, these CRMs would be SO useful in that field. Perhaps this will be my future project...
And what kind of pricing and prices do you see working best for these saas users that you're bringing into your version of highlevel? What do you normally charge the agency clients youve upsold highlevel to, and what do you charge users that only use the software and not agency services? Thanks for all the value Keaton, appreciate it!
Great video. Wish I saw content like this on my feed more often. What skills do you need to customize and add features to sales force? And must you add anything to it or can you buy it and start reselling immediately?
How is Highlevel advantageous over traditional systems of collection? Can't quickbooks issue automatic reminders? Or is the difference in the ability to SMS remind customers to pay invoices.
HighLevel is not a Quickbooks alternative at all. It's a CRM for nurturing leads into customers. Maybe you're thinking of InvoiceSherpa, Shaun's first company.
just start bro, i'm 15 too. And if you fail to get your first client don't give up, you won't lose anything. If you provide value you can get your first client, the earlier you start the better since you gain experience in the business
Hey Keaton just revisiting this video. I’m new to this whole agency space and not sure how to start this service for clients. Could u maybe explain more in a video or maybe just set me on the right path, thx
So basically you’re saying as agency owners we sell CRM software’s to clients? Do you have to make it yourself? Sorry I barely understood most of it, but I think I got the idea.

Somewhere between $199-$499 for just the software is what I would recommend! Do the same if you add it on to current clients or offer a small discount
Why would a local business use a CRM and in what niche can this be implemented in?
They would use it to contact leads and store info on them. 100% of businesses need them
So much value in every second. Thw next Hormozi? 😁 Literally you've just laid out the whole playbook. Good work!
Haha not even close to Hormozi. Thanks!!
Great video. Wish I saw content like this on my feed more often.

This video is about HighLevel, which you can sell out of the box, but could also add middleware to to help a specific niche as you get more advanced
i want to learn more about this. can you link me the other videos that you posted about this business model?

what an epic start to the video.
Hehe glad you liked it 😜
I'm slightly confused. which software do we buy and rebrand? gohighlevel or salesforce?
GHL
@@ItsKeaton Thank you for the response :) Love u man
Great vid. Where is the best place you go to find vendors/contractors when bringing someone in to run ads?
I’ve heard good things about Agency Elevation, I would also find niche specific agencies
Thanks, will implement and let you know how it goes in a month
👌👌
how has it gone so far man?
Would like to know too
Yo how’s it going?
Can you make a video on how to use highlevel
I already did!
Love this video, where do you learn to do this or transfering your agency to saas agency?
HighLevel has a lot of free resources and I made another video on it as well!
When you say this is for local businesses, do you mean we can’t have ecom clients? Is this only applicable for gyms, restaurants, dentists, etc?
You could have ecom clients definitely!
@@ItsKeaton ok thanks for clarifying 💯
Hey Keaton, is it not better to build a clienbase in a niche using agency model and then upsell hightlevel (white label) saas to them?
Depends on the niche and your situation!
Thanks this is great advice!
😊
Interesting concept, how do you sign agencies and clients? Where do you find them?

Its so strange I cannot understand except high-level is for agencies
You get to put your own brand on highlevel and then re-sell it to businesses
@@ItsKeaton why we put our brand on high-level and resell to businesses?
@@RatanSingh-nx8nb For the reasons I explain in this video. It's low barrier to entry and very sticky
Thank you !!
💯
Cool stuff! Thanks. Need to learn more about CRM now
Glad it was helpful!
Great video. You did better than most with need for and explaining the 4 core services that pay the rent every month!
💯 💯 💯
Super informative! Thanks 🙏
😃
Can I start a smma at 15? I’ve been doing tons of research and want to start but idk if I’m to young
You totally can!

Hey, how are you doing with your agency business?
So basically you’re saying as agency owners we sell CRM software’s to clients? Do you have to make it yourself?
Sorry I barely understood most of it, but I think I got the idea.
You don’t have to make it yourself, no. You pay $500/mo to HighLevel
@@ItsKeaton and then rent that to our clients?
@@Moodymizzy Then rebrand it and sell it as a subscription yes
I'm happy to see this because I could not follow from watching the video
I don't understand properly, please explain in detail!
You can buy this software, put your own brand on it and then resell it to other businesseses
@@ItsKeaton that explained in a 3 second read well I'll implement it very soon
Hey I'd live a coaching call!

You forgot the part where you get 400$ from everyone that signs up when you promote it on here 😂
Not my motivation, but a nice perk!
