I think the reason why Nigo is in the box instead of Ichigo might be that this one was released in the years when the actor who played Ichigo was hospitalized and Nigo is the main Rider instead of Ichigo

I agree but where is the box art with ichigo on it? (I mean the box that was sold before Ichigo was injured)
Because they're suppose to sell toys on or before the show aired right? nigo first appeared in ep 14,
that means they didn't sell the belt right away, I'm wondering why did they wait for more than 3 months.

That Henshin Belt Typhoon looks Classic. And very expense to me. But I understand why Kamen Rider Nigo showed up in the box instead of Ichigo. But still not bad to me.
