The thwack/swish (and the Roar of the powerplant) make traditional helicopters unwelcome in many of their vacation destination in sub/exburbs around NYC... So this would be FAR LESS obtrusive!
What in the world is that thing??? I saw an odd thing flying over here last Saturday. It was heading towards Lake Michigan. No idea what it was. It was wingless. But it was flying. Maybe it was a UAP. Or some weird invention I am unaware of - like this weird thing.
If you don't show a full 5 minute flight from takeoff to landing with weight then there is a reason. Little quick edits of it hovering empty for years makes this look like a scam and there is no proof it isn't.

yeah, that's where the Blade service (with a gas helicopter) currently goes, it's JFK to the manhattan helipad for 200 usd
