Case Laws Described are:
Babulal v. Bhavani 1912
It was held that definition of immovable given in General Clauses Act is applicable to Transfer of Property Act.
Anand Behera v. State of Orissa AIR 1955
Right to profits - a prendre are benefits arising out of land and are immovable.
Shantabai v. State of Bombay AIR, 1958
Based on Anand Behra Case, The honorable Supreme Court held that right to enter upon land and cut trees is a benefit out of land.
T.A.Sankunni v. B.J.Philips AIR 1972
The court held that if the intention of planting tree is to cut them for utilizing them as timber and not to use for the purpose of enjoying their fruits,they are considered as movable property.
Fatimabibi v. Arrfana Begum AIR 1980
The court defined the standing timber as movable property with examples of trees.

Baar Baar JB hum kuchh padhte hai ya sunte hai to vo Hume Yaad ho Jata hai. Bas ek yhi tarika hai case laws Yaad krne Ka. Ha ek aur tarika hai ..aap koi case law lijiye aur use Kahi likh lijiye section k sath. Ek din mein 2 ya 3 aise Baar Baar Yaad karte rhiye. Aur phir ek Saturday n Sunday Jo case laws week mein kiye unhe revision kijiye. Isse bahut achhe se aap kuchh hi Dino mein bahut se case laws Yaad kr lenge. Thnq sm 😇🙏
Whether structure of the temple without title is immovable property ? is there any case law to that effect ?
I think it's movable, bcoz it is attached to land
but Ma'am the woods of mango trees is also used as combustion material

Dear, What is the difference between Growing Crops and Standing Crops Because TPA excludes Growing Crops but as per General Clauses Act, Standing Crops are included in the Immovable Property definition.
It would be very beneficial if you clarify this.
