One thing I've noticed about your play style: You like to press a lot, but never upgrade your stamina. Try adding skill points to your stamina for a change, rather than sprint speed or acceleration.
I get the same problems on my player, I’m in Chelsea and my team just stands there in front of the attacker letting them basically walk the ball to our goal
