even if this isnt the quality that can be done today, its realy something to see what could be done when talent + budjet + passion allowed, i didnt know that something of this quality could be made back in 1997
You said it Hamlet! Works of Art all of them! The Soul of Chogokin Bandai Line is simply amazing! 😊 I WISH I knew about the VOLTRON SOC before it went out of print. As it is right now trying to get one is impossible unless you're willing to shell out a grand! Damn re-salers!
@@megajayretro I watched Voltron in my Agincourt home, but it was sanitized and dull compared to Force Five (even as a kid I felt he was a little overpowered). Nowadays trying to watch modern versions of Getter Robo kind of gets me dizzy. Remember when bots used to have to refuel? It added excitement. Thanks man..
Great review. I would love to see a proper review for the 24” shogun warriors grendizer from Italy. I believe it’s from italy or parts of Europe, by way of japan. See? I have one but I still don’t have concrete information about him. Technically, I’m unsure if he’s a shogun warrior or not. I’m pretty certain he wasn’t released by mattel under that line... I just know he’s awesome as is everything that comes from the mind of go nagai.
Oh man, I knew a kid on my street growing up who had ALL 4 Shogun Warriors. Raydeen, Gai King, Mazinga, and Dragun (Getter Dragon). The others like Goldorak (Grendizer), and Daimos, never got released in Canada as far as I can tell. You can do a search on "Shogun Warriors Box" and click the "Images" to see if your figure was part of the Mattel line. The Japanese line also included Getter Liger, Getter Poseidon, Getter 1, Getter 2, Getter 3, Danguard Ace, Tetsujin 28, Tekkaman and a bunch more from what I can see in this picture www.collectiondx.com/gallery2/d/535615-1/48.jpg. Thanks for watching my video Jon, I have more videos on the way, please consider subscribing if you haven't already! 😊
Sweet. Sorry behind on sdcc videos you've made. But was pretty excited to see this. Did you get the other spazer as well? There's another season we never got here on channel 47. And he gets another 2 spazers. You could get the soc spazer seperate or they had a rerelease with all the spazers. A new ship one and another drill/sea one
Thanks for always commenting and watching my videos @kidchuckle! There's a hobbystore not 5 minutes from my house where they have the other Spazers! SOOOO Expensive though. One day they will be MINE!!!!! 🤓
well, not sure what the price difference is now. But I paid 210 with all the spazers and grendizer in a rerelease set. from back in the day. I never got to put together the spazer. I still haven't had time to put it in my case.
Thanks for watching my video Zuhair Bukhari. This particular version of Grendizer GX-04 is out of circulation. So the only options are re-sellers. I found a few on amazon.com but the original set is going for $411.49 US www.amazon.com/SOUL-Chogokin-Gx-04-UFO-Goldorak-japan/dp/B003TALTEO/ that includes the UFO and Koji's Spazer. But if you're just looking for Grendizer himself There is one on the site for $139.72 www.amazon.com/Robo-Grendizer-Chogokin-Action-Figure/dp/B07726DTMX/ I hope that helps! Thanks again for watching Zuhair, please consider subscribing, I've got more videos on the way!

I was a huge Force Five fan. Had to skip the bus and run home from school to watch. Grendizer was always my favorite.
I grabbed this guy around 2008-09. He's awesome. His double sickle blades come out a lot when handled. These guys are more like ornaments than toys.
