Now they're very rare. There's no way for me to screen and separate the hard workers vs the entitled brats that colleges often puts out. I let life slap them around for about five years before I hire them. That's usually enough to pop their college bubble and live in reality.

I stocked shelved, trimmed and prepared food, performed inventory, did ordering, put away deliveries, interviewed new employees, and was the acting night manager in charge of all other part-timers in the managers absence and acted in his authority. I used to go to class with dirty hands, price tags on my shirt and pants, and vegetable stains on my clothes. But I guess that's why I had such a hard time getting my 1st professional job, as all the bosses dismissed me a a crybaby brat.

In Canadian federal elections, it is known who the next Prime Minister is before anyone in Western Canada even votes! A person can pick the state that aligns with their values and everyone has more of a say regarding federal law and elections.
