He needs to play with men. He has nothing to gain by going back to college and dominating. AHL is where he belongs right now. Let him get some experience against men and pros with the Cuda and come up to the big club midway through the season or something. Same with Celebrini. They’re too good for college.
@@MbisonBalrog Yes, college has older players, but we’re talking like 24 max. Most of the players are younger than that and they’re not at a skill level even close to Smith and Celebrini. The AHL lets them play against professional, grown male hockey players but with less pressure than the NHL. It’s better for their development than going back to college and dominating against kids a couple years older than them.
This has more in attendance than the average regular season Sharks game.
