Yoo Jin and Je Ha is the best part of this drama. I swear i cant remember i adored a portrayal of a villain in drama, but i loved her so much. Without Ana's presence in this drama, it is still super fine. Tbh, i watched this drama coz of JCW, but never thought i would ship him with Yoo Jin 😆 They have that strong chemistry that is really great to watch. 👍

She was disappointed and in her mind, she blurted “Love isn’t meant to be shared,” thus, confessing her love for Jeha which was not meant to be shared with Anna.
The chemistry and tension between them was amazing. At first i didnt like her cuz shes like a viallain, but later, warmed up to her. I really liked her relationship with Jeha. they were like enemies, but always had eachother's backs. It was such an interesting and exciting relationship. And there was also a lot of character dvelopment. No offence to Anna and jeha shippers. but that relationship was kind of boring... even though yoojin is older than him and is a villain, i somehow ended up liking her with jeha
i wanna see this kind of relationship/dynamics again in another kdrama. this is not something romantic but rather it is borderline bodyguard-to-master/friend-to-friend/loyalty-to-owner kind of relationship. this tension is something i wanna watch again. hoping for another kdrama with the same set up like jeha and yoojin

Honestly, I love Yoo-jin and K2's relationship. It was so different from An-na and K2 and a bodyguard kinda story is so cliche. Yoo-jin was a bad person in the beginning, but at the end I really loved her character. She reminds me of someone who acts like they hate said person, but they're actually super afraid of losing them. She went to great lengths to make sure he was protected, even going so far to reprimand her subordinate Chief Kim for K2. An-na and K2's love story was so boring, but when K2 saved Yoo-jin from the car and got hit in the process, he looked so hot lmao.
she got her role as anna who literally had never been out in public almost during her entire life, no one taught her anything to survive by herself, how do you expect a girl like that to be useful in a political turmoil? she was written to be "useless". anna was a product of her father's failure in guiding his family, he was too obsessed with his presidency campaign that he forgot he has a daughter he had to teach in case she got into a dangerous situation, you still expect her to be useful? come on. in case that's not enough, let's add her ptsd into the equation. her time seemed to stop at 9 years old when her mom was killed. she's not kim jeha who's literally a mercenary.
Honestly, as a fan of the drama i would probably make a few changes to the drama if i was writing it, for one: Like honestly, i get that JeHa was to end up with Anna, I don’t like it, but i get it. It makes the most sense with regard to his narrative, you know, that as a character that has been through such insane and volatile shit in life as JeHa, that he would want to end up with the pleasant and quite love story that Anna’s character would offer him, because in the end Anna didn’t have any huge goals/Ulterior Motives/massive aspirations in life as compared almost all of the other main characters in the drama, and really just wanted some peace and happiness in her life after avenging her mother. This however cannot be said for Choi Yoo Jin, as even though love was a huge motivator in a lot of the decisions she made, and something she truly wished she had in her life, she was someone who wanted and needed to be the most powerful and most influential person in the room to feel like she had any worth, she needed a sense of power, Economically and Politically, because she was always in a situation where she was being circled by sharks. So she was brainwashed from a very young age that if you didn’t have power or sway then you would become prey to the very predators you controlled. And so she was incapable of letting go of this insane drive for more power and the destruction of people in her way to get what she wanted inspite of the fact that she was in love with JeHa. She was addicted to Power, pure and simple. And so while i understand that YooJin and JeHa could never have been EndGame, with his character being basically a Predator with a Heart of Gold and her being a Power-hungry albeit Love deprived woman, Their chemistry was insane!! Like i have to agree 100% better than Anna and JeHa’s chemistry which was very sweet. Choi YooJin and JeHa on other hand had this INTENSE RAW chemistry, that was based off of two Alpha’s having a mutual acknowledgement of their respective power and it was this very power which would lead to such Tense moments!! Be it Situational tension or Sexual Tension, but when these two were in a room together, you could literally feel the power and electricity charging and frying the air between them. And fuck was it hot 🥵. I personally would have had them Sleep together or maybe at leat kiss after one such traumatic episode, and this would be a secret that only the two of them would share, because if it got out then it would ruin the both of them and such, however it would have added a huge much needed emotional context, as aside from being deeply infatuated with JeHa, after sleeping with him YooJin would truly fall in love with him and really let her walls down and trust him with access to the mirror. In contrast JeHa would realise he made a idiotic mistake by getting physical with her and even though he would refuse to admit it trust her and understand her more he would pretty soon regret it. This would have not only added more depth to their attraction it would also set up JeHa’s betrayal to YooJin in the last episode so much better and added more layers to the story. So in-conclusion, yes I shipped YooJin and JeHa.
I've never rooted for a second lead more than the first female lead but this is my exception. she is a very emotionally strong person. always in control. then here comes this guy, a unknown bodyguard no less, telling her to straighten her back and lift her head because her enemy is watching. He demands like a loving and caring partner would. no wonder she fell hard for the guy. First time ever somebody tells her what to do.

I just skipped all the parts when there's a romance between JeHa/Anna it's seems like the story between them is plain and non existent (Just my opinion) I just can't find the relevance of their pairing. I'm now a fan of SYA after watching this. SYA/YooJin withdralwal here. I'll be looking for her previous works then.

I loved this relationship so much! Never saw it in a romatic way as I just don't think Je Ha would ever love a person like her in a romantic way, it just doesn't fit with his character. But they definitly had amazing chemistry and a potential for a great friendship had she lived and taken the therapy she needeed.

I'm not a sucker for romance, but damn I'm crying. There was so much tension built up between them. It was mostly one sided admiration/love from Madam Choi; even if kim je ha saw her as an enemy, he always had her back. What a wonderful drama. Only wish the show did not end in a normal manner, wasted potential. Even without the romance of Choi and Kim JeHa, it would have been nice if they did not include any romance at all(anna and kim). I just felt it was throwing away at the story. This is one of my favorite kdrama alongside Crash Landing on You and It's ok not to be Ok

They don't have to remain together, but just imagine if the writers did go that road? Just make them get together, use this love-hate explosive chemistry, make them both complete their arcs- by Je Ha finding out what happened to his beloved and Yoojin by getting rid of her husband, freeing herself from all the abusers in her life and finally experiencing LOVE, even if for a short time. They could've easily been separated in the end when Je ha goes on his own way and she lets him go, because they both understand each other. SO MUCH POTENTIAL.

why the writer not go all the way to out from regular plot like the male MC saved the female MC and live happily ever after. he can turn anna to evil person who just consume by will to revenge, swap yoo jin and anna spot in last episode. make the ending yoo jin became the first ever female korean president with je ha still become her protector as a k2 and a couple. boom, how you like that?

Never ever I have wanted the hero end up with the antagonist. Choi yoo jin and Je ha❤
I loved this relationship so much! Never saw it in a romatic way as I just don't think Je Ha would ever love a person like her in a romantic way, it just doesn't fit with his character. But they definitly had amazing chemistry and a potential for a great friendship had she lived and taken the therapy she needeed.

I'm not a sucker for romance, but damn I'm crying. There was so much tension built up between them. It was mostly one sided admiration/love from Madam Choi; even if kim je ha saw her as an enemy, he always had her back. What a wonderful drama. Only wish the show did not end in a normal manner, wasted potential. Even without the romance of Choi and Kim JeHa, it would have been nice if they did not include any romance at all(anna and kim). I just felt it was throwing away at the story.
This is one of my favorite kdrama alongside Crash Landing on You and It's ok not to be Ok
Ahhhh choi yoo jin and jae ha were way more better couple . If they would have been couple in this drama it would have been the best k drama ever 💕💕💕💕

Me 2 i love mdm Choi shes egoistic,Smart and confident i really wished that they were together.Like you know when they are physically in contact we can feel that certain kind of tension,it makes ur heart race.Although,Mdm Choi is older than jeha i think they look better.How Mdm Choi looks at him determines the amount of love she gives him.She is very patient to him also not like her other apprentices.
I dont understand why peopol say: "she should be the lead actress"... she is already the lead actress who lead the whole drama.... lead actresses are not meanted to be the one who the lead actor fall in love.... but its the one who have the important character in the drama....maybe she/ he die at the end but still he is the one who give the drama sense!

Anna was a cookie cutter damsel in distress, a scenario we see in 99% of the dramas, boring and unoriginal. I wish writers had gall to go with the unexpected romance and use that explosive chemistry between Je Ha and Yoojin.

Hooking him up with the bore made the show feel way more formulaic then it had to be when you had this kind of chemistry between two far more compatible characters.
I really like them ending up together! They had a lot of roller coaster ride and I believe they deserved better

They don't have to remain together, but just imagine if the writers did go that road? Just make them get together, use this love-hate explosive chemistry, make them both complete their arcs- by Je Ha finding out what happened to his beloved and Yoojin by getting rid of her husband, freeing herself from all the abusers in her life and finally experiencing LOVE, even if for a short time. They could've easily been separated in the end when Je ha goes on his own way and she lets him go, because they both understand each other. SO MUCH POTENTIAL.

I really thought that they will be together at the end. I shipped them so hard. I know the momnet the way he look at jeha, she has a feeling for him. The chemistry was over flowing. It would be a nice twist if they end up together, and miss choi give up everything and cleaned her name. Same as anna living with his father and being an actress like her mother.
Madam choi side story is quite interesting. She blame herself to the things that she ddnt did, . And maybe if she let jeha on her side. Not on anna, maybe he fall for her. Hhahaa forget about the age. It doenst matter at all. .

Nice video. I am still watching them untill now. I found their relationship very substantial and wished more twist about them. Really love their chemistry. If ever there is another series like this and they ended up together, matured audience love it.

In a way, he did though, he kept asking her to leave mirror behind and find life outside cloud 9 in ep 15, and (even though she didn't know it), he changed his mind about the chip and tried to get her husband to use the chip to negotiate her freedom from cloud 9 when her brother brought that bomb
why the writer not go all the way to out from regular plot like the male MC saved the female MC and live happily ever after. he can turn anna to evil person who just consume by will to revenge, swap yoo jin and anna spot in last episode. make the ending yoo jin became the first ever female korean president with je ha still become her protector as a k2 and a couple. boom, how you like that?
That would have been so good, and the drama would have become the most popular drama ever! Dumber director and writers didn't think along that line though...
