I used to run dragon rage magikarp way back when. I love coin flips. Also wouldn't Blunder Policy be good in this? Missing a coin flip basically draws 3 cards and that's rather likely.

Can I request you check out fineon seaking swim freely? Main problem is energy recursion but I'd love to see how others might give it a go. Also, arbok is horrific with judge/roxanne and the grabber item card. Venomoth is the coolest item lock I've seen in a while. too many idead lol

i would deffinatly build kang with another color. kang is supposed to get you more cards early so its more about that i think then just base attack.
I got super frustrated against a Kangaskhan Ex the other day. I had the lead but he got all the necessary heads and killed my Meowscaradas :( I have bought the tier 1 deck of Kangaskhan, so I will get the card and try your build when it comes!

If you really want a crazy flips you can do poke caughter instead of boss and poke ball instead of ultra ball
