How about making a video about hiking trails and food near it... Ie Tugu Park (nasi lemak tanglin), Kemensah (Kemensah bbq lamb, Lemang pak Ali, murtabak tisha's Melawati, mee bandung muar), kl east trail (you have to register for a slot first at their website), Bukit permata Sri gombak (they have some coffee stalls up there if I am not mistaken, or you could go to gua lepak, or Bolton kopitiam nearby - try their curry mee)
Bukit Lagong - there is a restaurant selling breakfast there, then to the Kanching waterfallsl
There are other hiking trails around kl like Bukit saga, bukit wawasan, Bukit tm wangsa maju, Bukit kembara, Bukit Belachan, Bukit kiara, ahpek hill, FRIM, Bukit gasing, Bukit dinding (start frm coconut junction)

Kampung Baru in KL is a must for those who want to savour authentic Malaysian delicacies. On the other hand to the contrary that place is just an immitation of real stuff and meant for tourists.

You guys should also try the local franchise restaurants, plenty of them. One of my favorites is Secret Recipe, a cake house, and it has a good fish and chips, lamb shank and mashed potatoes, and the blueberry cheesecake and salted caramel macadamia cheesecakes are few of my favorites. But my favorite cheesecake is from Paul, the french pastry bakery in KL.

@@carmaadventures Yes, you guys can do it again, perhaps a USD10 challenge for each person. You'll be surprised with the value you can get from USD10 each. For breakfast, roti canai with teh tarik. For lunch, nasi lemak (nasi lemak is now recognized by UNESCO). For dinner, char kway teow. For supper, Ramy burger or satay. In between, some street snacks or fruits. 😁

If you guys like fried chicken, roast chicken or burger, you can review the ones in many fast food restaurants, like McDonald's, KFC, Wendy's, A&W, Marry Brown, Texas Chicken, Popeyes, Jolibee, Ayamas, Kenny Rogers, Nandos, Burger King, Five Guys etc 😁

EL&N is everywhere (even Dubai), not Msian at all and too expensive for what you get 😮 You got stitched up. There are so many good Msian desserts - eg apam balik 11:21 , goreng pisang, nyonya kuih etc for 1/10th of what you paid

Surprise that none in the video is Malaysian authentic meal 😂
Should really try mix rice for lunch at kampung baru , over 50 menu of mix rice to choose .
For special hunting : masak lemak cili api
Beef or chicken or catfish it doesn't matter as long it's cooked as "masak lemak cili api"
Anyway, Jalan alor is known as mostly overpriced food spot,
    Edit:
    My suggestion is,
Restoran Kak Som , more to Malaysian Authentic meal .
Which is in Kampung Bharu, nearby wanjo , i wont be suggesting u to try wanjo because for me its not suitable on my tastebudds .😂

Nasi Kandar is Malaysian you wont find it in India. Nasi means rice and Kandar is the basket that contain all the stuff you ate. They used to carry it on their backs hundreds of years ago which they don't do anymore. Its a fusion of Indian Muslims from India and Malay Muslim food culture. The dishes are Malay based but extra heavy on spices with Indian cooking techniques. Its rich and heavy full of flavor. Why do you avoid halal food? its the least crazy and safest food around in Asia or are you afraid of taste and flavor? lol

Halal and kosher is heavily regulated by various agencies. Outside of halal its almost free for all even dogs cats bats frogs every manner of bugs and game has no enforced food safety regulation whatsoever so be careful.
