that depends from patient to patient. every facial nerve is different and amount of synkinesis is different and also amound of facial weakness and healing are the parameters that effect this time. generally speaking patients need a time period of 12 months for all the benefits %100 to show/be visible ( and every patient benefits differently depending on unique case)@@user-bn8lk4lo5u
