I think Gajser was being conservative after missing so much of the regular season due to injury.
He's slow. It happens to a lot of fast riders after multiple injuries. It takes time to get confident again riding "on the edge". Same with Herlings. They'll both get faster and faster again as time goes by without any injury.

Who else hates the AMA Banning GoPros during the races? Although we did have problems with the FIM at least they get to permit their cameras. Utter Horse shit rule on AMAs part, those GoPro perspective added replay value on the races.

It is for sure. In europe they dont have a lot of room like in the u.s. so most tracks are narrow. Doesn't look like a fun track to ride. That is what they have though and in most cases probably cant help it.
