I was taught to say nothing if you didn’t have anything nice to say, I don’t always do that, but in this case, no comment on the “driver managers” here….
And I would be glad to help you anytime for free. You can get my phone number from Joey or Casey in driver retention or any of the recruiters
Just tell them the guy from Missouri that makes all the RUclips videos they’ll know who you’re talking about. You Call me anytime you need brother

we got word from my current company that steel lanes are pulling back particularly for automotive stamping. which we pull side kits so steel is all i haul. wondering how other sectors are going especially the way things are going in regards to the current war. are fsc charges folowing the high fuel there?

Don't know I haven't seen it slow down one bit and prices are holding steady other than the normal winter dip on rates, the FSC has gone up as the fuel has gone up at least at CRST but I'm sure the brokers on-the-spot market are trying to steal some of it because that's what they do..... ypu can't live your life in fear of what may happen you just have to put your head down and keep pressing forward, and companies always use fear to control their employees and make them think they're getting the best they can get, so I would throw whatever they told you right out the window and move forward
