At time 1:37 you said it consumes less then 60 miliamps, but description wrote on movie is : less than 60 microamp current drain... And the second info is true.

I had a problem that the values where really weird and changed alot. When i was putting my hand on it it got colder which doest makes sense
Did you wire it right way around. E.g for measuring minus temperature you need negative bias voltage , meaning you have to power it over way around.
