Oh my goodness I love watching the Auctions whenever you have videos! If I was at that auction I would have purchased the turkey, that really large white meat rabbit, some of those guineas pending...well I tell you what if I would have been there.. I would have bought all the guineas hahaha and the frizzled silkies. And that is the reason I'm thankful at this moment that I don't live by an auction hahaha but in the next few years I will have the opportunity of living by one of those auctions up north in Wisconsin and I am absolutely excited about visiting my first Amish auction! Thank you once again for your videos it is so much fun just seeing what all they have
Those 165 dollar roosters did not go to the table like some of those 2 or 3 dollar birds are headed to be chicken soup. Enjoy your videos and glad you tell what type of birds are being sold, I am learning and you are a great teacher. Thanks

well market set the price at the time... someone could bid one million but unless he pay that million it doesnt count and still suck at the seller end but even if someone pay million one week then next it could be a dollar next.
Do you happen to sell any of your animals at the auction or you only buy at the auction.
At the last auction I went to two mix breed rabbits went for 120 each! I couldn’t believe it. And ostrich chicks only went for 33 dollars.

I bought mix of high quality Orphington roosters for like 5 ea , there was chocolate Orpington, but no way on 165. Lucky sale I guess

That red golden pheasant wouldnof grabbed it if I was there but 170 for that rooster no way
I see silver lace Orpington rooster go for $15.00 to $20.00 each here in middle Tennessee. They actually not that rare of chicken breed.
Sounds like some bump bidding... $165 is pretty spendy without some lineage and show records...
If the guy didn't take anything he won I check to see if what he bid on was from the same seller. If so he might have just been a driver, someone that is paid by the seller to drive the prices up so the seller get more money. If so he definitely wasn't a good one.
I'm not a fan of Geese, ducks or pigeons. I do like the chickens especially certain breeds. I do like on breed of pigeons, I'll have to look up the name of them.

I was so saying John 3:16 in my prayers this morning. I told God that I was going to reread that verse to make sure I was reciting it correctly and not just trusting that I knew it from memory. Thx sooo much for listening to God to help me out a bit. Peace!
