I heard about this recently and applaud the chef for getting off the flywheel of ever more demanding awards and stars! He's obviously following his passion and making people happy. Looks so yummy.
Oh I have been here a few times. I had a feeling this was the restaurant you will show in your video. It was good but I honestly didn't feel blown away by the food there. I actually think i had better dim sum in other places but the service is very good and I would recommend everyone to go here. I wish a did a video there now too, good idea for one.

I love HK, I did not know about this spot but $27 bucks for dim sum still hurts my heart. hehe, I might step in there if I do go back to HK again
