Manufacturers use a leather fragrance to mask the fact that these leathers smell of nothing but plastic. Old cars with big cracks in the seats do sometimes smell a bit like leather, as do well-worn handbags.

How much should I dilute my Aldehydes. Right now I dilute them to 1% is that okay or too much? Can anyone let me know what is a good dilution for Aldehydes?

It depends on which one and what you are doing. For simplicity just do 1%.
