    Can I use some Alfredo Sauce? What would that be able to replace in the dish? Just curious I bought some 😂

      You could, but then you don't really need a recipe for that

      Let me please help you. 1) Alfredo is just three things: finely grated Parmigiano-Reggiano 2);soft saltless butter 3);splash of pasta water
      Use copious amounts of softened unsalted butter.
      Usually Alfredo is only with egg fettuccine. You should be able to pull off the dish using any shape of pasta, however, the original dish is only egg fettuccine.
      Never follow recipes that add cream, cream is no business in Alfredo.
      Stir vigorously add in plenty Parmigiano-Reggiano!
      Enjoy~ this is the traditional recipe nothing else goes in the recipe.
