I'm liking the changes to the trading / pack stations in the new game patch

Yeah they work so much better now! It’s great how quick things are being added/patched in the game, I’m so used to waiting forever (Cities: Skylines 2). Looks like city walls or a butchers could be next though which will be a nice addition.

Iron Vale is a good strong name!
    - I'm guessing 'Full Trade' means buy and sell to maintain a desired number. I'm not sure why that would be beneficial.
    - What I got from your barley trading experiment was that both ends of the transaction went to 2 coins (no tariff). That's what I wanted to see.
    Good show!

Ooh I didn’t notice the coins, I will have to have a closer look (I mean I probably noticed, but I was brain blind during the recording). I’m interested to see if a horse speeds it up though…

I believe when you pass over the trader from the build menu it mentions up to 20 goods by horse.

Trying to keep suffling families around makes my brain hurt...My eye sight has gotten so bad I don't think I'll ever attempt this.. I'll just watch you and Noble play.
    Good episode

I mean I do move around quite quickly and forget people are watching me, it is possible to play it slower I guess 🙂

@@Halfwitbrit It's not the fast or slow part because even at Nobles speed it still breaks my brain.. It just seems over complicated to me..

@cathrah2353 ah I get you. I guess Banished for example automates quite a lot when it comes to where people work and live where as this game doesn’t hold your hand as much

Try creating shortcuts between your cities to speed up traders' journeys

I did originally set out some paths for them, but you’re right, maybe I should add some more to give them options 🙂

So, you're okay with regions of fertility, but you don't plan to use the water availability feature in future? Also, you have to do what's right for your channel, but the delay between episodes of a game like this makes it difficult to remember what happened last when coming back to it. =0[.]o=

Once more decorative items are added, I feel like the ability to place wells wherever you want would be more beneficial from an aesthetic point of view, but this doesn’t have an impact on fertility as far as I’m aware.
My aim is to upload 2-3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday & Friday) at the same hour of the day. I’ve been re-learning the editing software and getting things to run smoother on that side of things which speeds up the process. Some of the first videos I made took all day which is just waaaay too long 😂
… I also didn’t realise it had been almost a week between episodes 🫠
