    Born and raised in Alberta
    You hit the nail on the head
    Lots of kids cannot sit in a classroom all day,
    Trades training and hands on work means teenagers can move around in high school.
    I have been an electrician for many years
    For me personally, it has been a great career.
    I made enough money to raise a family and help my kids with school when it was time

    No reform. You negotiate from positions of strength. Alberta needs a few things.
    1: Alberta revenue agency
    2: kick out federal police
    3: start getting 330 billion in pension money
    4: 2 yrs on an independent vote on October 26' after debates.
    Ontario and Quebec removed of any influence over Alberta. Done.

    Some people stay in abusive relationships because they’re afraid of life outside that abuse. Thinking their love can change their partners.
    That’s why Albertans stay in Canada. Sooner or later you will wake up and decide that separation is going to be the best option to move forward.
    Trudeau is the best spokesman for Wexit. Every time he opens his mouth just makes it easier to show western freedom loving Canadians what is coming for those who stay in confederation.

    Just as Michael Wagner states - why would Central/East Canada want reform, they benefit greatly from the West. The only option is secession or Wexit!!

    Canada is not reformable for the simple reason that Quebec holds the balance of power in this country and this country works for the benefit of Quebec. They have achieved this status not by being the largest population in the country or even having enough seats in Parliament to put in their control, they did it by threatening to leave confederation. Unless, or until Quebec leaves confederation there is no chance for Canada to become a nation that works for all Canadians. Canada, strong and free my ass. Everything west and east of the Ontario and Quebec borders are second class citizens - the hewers of wood and drawers of water to keep Quebec and Ontario's golden triangle wealthy.

    We're way past the point of Independence for Alberta
    Something like 70 percent of Albertans don't want to separate from Canada. The influx of new immigrants has something to do with this statistic.
    What is more likely to happen is Quebec will separate from Canada. This leaves the rest of the country against Ontario! Almost an even split of political weight between the two.

    • @the_Kurgan
      @the_Kurgan 10 дней назад +3

      That won't fix it. The system has been ruined. Canada can not function as a democracy with the current system. The current system was locked in in 1982 and can never be fixed.

    • @cliffm6566

      Quebec would never separate from the Ottawa gravy train, far too lucrative for them. Alberta is just a cash cow for the imperialist regime in Ottawa so any talk about AB separating will be shut down by the Ontario oligarchy and the shitlib media. Nothing will change bc the status quo is way too profitable for the Canadian Ruling Class.

    We have no option in my opinion, but to separate. We will be slaves to Ontario and Quebec forever, if we do not separate. Alberta could be very well off, without the East. We need freedom above all but we will stay slaves to the East, while Trudeau destroys Alberta’s oil and gas and cattle industries if we do not separate.

    • @Richard-up9gb
      @Richard-up9gb 10 дней назад

      Alberta will never ever separate because Trudeau put many immigrants into Alberta so that they will always vote against separation and also because Canadians are just plain chickenshit to do that so Albertans will have to be satisfied with the eastern elites constantly attacking them with all kinds of B/S excuses and even though we hate it the easterners have the votes to overrule us westerners every time so the only thing left to do is just leave this corrupt country and let the lefties have at it . I go back hundreds of years here but am sick and tired of Trudeau and ways .

      Russia could give a shit, the mess cannot be fixed. This was done by design to break the system, the existing system sucked anyways. But it was serviceable to Canadian and to business. These two political parties just take turns, it’s so engrained in politics right now

    Imagine your dream comes true and Alberta doesn't depend on the politics in Ontario and Quebec any more.
    And then a few years later... the voice of people from Red Deer, "Our destiny is always decided by the big guys in Edmonton and Calgary. We need to get an independence referendum! Red Deer as a country would fair much better."
