hey, was a bit inactive in redstone for a while thats why i am watching this 4 months later but oh well ;D one thing i would do for speed and bulkiness sake in a computer is just do normal XORs then connect the lines of all of them and invert, so basically just XORs into a NOR xD but still great explanation
I tried putting it together in my world (with two pairs of inputs total) and it somehow also outputs True when the inputs are opposite (because the Xnor gates output True when both inputs are on so it's the same as when both are off). How do I fix that?
Oh boy, I can think of a lot of things that can be at fault here. First off, are you sure you got your inputs straight? Remember, each XNOR gate is looking at 1 bit from each number. Second, are the outputs coming together to an AND gate? Or at least the equivalent of an AND gate? I.e. using XOR's and a NOR gate instead?
I know you probably won’t see this because it’s been almost 3 entire years but tysm for all the videos and the playlist!
Saw it, and thank you!
@@n00b_asaurus np! Also are you still into digital logic and redstone?

yeah, that's definitely a more compact way of doing it... probably something I should have mentioned in this video too... oh well.

@@n00b_asaurus Yup I mixed the inputs! Got it working, now
this is awesome
not sparta?
simple redstoning: what is a xnor gate? Advanced cpu redstoning: why does this need 116 xnors just to work?
That's one way of putting it.
Hello
guten abend!
@@n00b_asaurus du mit deinem google übersetzer schon wieder xD machst du das aus spaß?
