It is worth protecting this rare Australian coastal rainforest.
The numerous endangered animals and keystone species are loosing habitat rapidly in our precious area.
More protection of the limited remaining habitat is needed. Thank goodness for C4 and Brettacorp for putting such a huge effort into replanting and restoring the remants of rainforest in Australia. The majority of it has already been cleared for timber, farming and rural 'developement'.
Our magical neck of the woods is worth looking after properly.
Thank you for the lovely clip showing why this precious place needs better protection legislation.

    Crocodiles?

No. They keep crocodiles away from pretty much all beaches south of Port Douglas, and that's almost 200 km north. Not a practical problem. Stingers (jellyfish), yes, definitely in season. Its not really a place for swimming. (I live here).
