Why do you go both up and down via Tengboche when there is a much more amazing high trail on the opposite side of the valley? Everybody should go up via Mong La - Phortse - Pangpoche High Scenic Trail and only come down via Tengboche. Vastly better views, lots of wildlife and practically no other trekkers. Just replace the night in Tengboche with a night in Phortse on the way up.
