I honestly don't see what's wrong with studying the Swarm. In this quest, she can be reproached for two things: she didn’t say anything in advance and she could have built a better defense. Why are there so many people who consider her a psychopath when she simply forgot how to communicate with people because she sits all the time in the universal wilderness? Somewhere everyone decided that she wants to become an aeon, although in her story she simply assumes whether such a thing is possible? That she wants to re-send the swarm to walk around the galaxy? And what claims might Firefly have?

It won’t guarantee that you get the event character the first time around, so if you get a 5* you DON’T want, the next 5* is 100% guaranteed to get it. It also carries over between events

Soft pitty is theoretical, but the idea is that the more times you pull without getting a 5 star character, the more likely it becomes that you might pull a 5 star character. So to build pitty is simply to pull tickets on things you don't necessarily want as much in hopes to bring your pitty up so that you're more likely to get what you want when you do pull for it.
this is why you dont pity build, people.. you may lose out on Firefly herself (or you could possibly just not get the 4 star you wanted from pity building anyway)
I've learnt my lesson after trying to get march eidolons in Robin's banner and got robin in the first 10 pull(she's actually a god send in MOC but I'm still mad tho)

For you who want to build pity, always concern one thing : - Dont build pity on banner you didnt want the character. If you pull and didnt get it, you build pity for character you want in the future. If you pull and you get it, at least you got current character you want.
