9:00 we got Laplus Darknesss and Laminus Lightnesss
A few cool fun facts :
Laplus mentioned that she love kiara's Do U song, so really cool to let her sing it. (Both Kiara and Laplus are very good dancers, if someone can pull off Kiara's dance moves, it's Laplus).
If you look behind Ayame during her bit, you'll notice 4 yu-gi-oh cards "Exodia's Parts" with pictures referencing the rest of Gen 2 in which Ayame is a part of (Gen 2 is called Holo Exodia).
Bae was losing her mind when she saw Kobo's perfomance of her song. (you can find clips of that on youTube.)
If you pause the video at 15:57 you can see Ayunda Risu hidden behind the clouds peeking at Okakoro's proposal.
Gura sang Chloe's original, "Jinsei Reset Button Pochii", wich is only 35 seconds, and was her first original song, and the only one sang fully in this medley

the name of this mysterious creature is ``Hato-tauros'' (pigeon-taur).
The original story is the ``Strongest Creature'' drawn by Fubuki.
Mio's illustrator turned this into a realistic drawing,
and it turned out to be so cool that it often appears in Mio's broadcasts.
Originally it was a still image,
but Hololive management processed it into Live2D and gave it to Mio.
He seems to be a guardian deity who is strong but has a kind heart.
The very first one was Chloe in Shion`s outfit
First one was right mio as fubuki. Second one was fubuki as mio. Ayame wore luis outfit you got it.gura did do Chloe. Okayu and korone wore outfits from the music videos. Also aquas reaction to okakoro marriage was brutal lol. Marine tainted inas outfit lol...dont want to know what happened with those tentacles...anyway You should see hakos baelz reaction to kobo was cool. Laplus got the moves. Nene was my favorite part. Great video man!
Btw at 15:57 you can see Risu watching behind clouds how her oshi is getting married. And Yes OkaKoro was always pretty much strongest ship in hololive.
honestly for me, out of all the girls here, Laplus was the best (FOR ME). The other girls was amazing too but Laplus just knocked it out the park

But it's funny how you were right first with Mio in Fubuki's outfit (3:27) and then Fubuki mixed up everything. ^^
16:33 btw. if you focus on the left side, you can see Risu stalk- I mean watching OkaKoro in the back behind the clouds xD
The funny thing is after this medley debuted on New Years (it was part of the longer countdown stream, with this standalone video just being loaded recently), Kanata's artist mama asked some polite questions on Twitter about how flammable Hololive's new recording studio might be. Let's just say Oshio-mama was not happy with how they ruined her daughter's "streamlined" body.
You mostly nailed it! Ayame was dressed as Lui but Lui is in HoloX, not Council. The only thing you got wrong otherwise was that Fubuki was in Mio's outfit, not Ayame's. They were always depressed as the member they were covering the song of.
And if you liked the choreo, that's just a taste of how the yearly paid concerts go, honestly.. Also concerts like the 3D Lives and even the new year's countdown stream this was originally part of.

The best thing about this Shuffle is Risu being a creep and spying on Okayu and Korone while they exchange rings... Hehe boy
