So it's a FF14 Savage fight basically, not a big deal except with 15+ people "do it or you're dead" mechanics are a lot harder to coordinate versus with 8. I like it though, just probably sucks for PUGs

Experience on normal, What Ive seen people do is tug away when shes pulling in, then rush in to melee range, while avoiding those wave blobs (they grow in size as they expand so theyre pretty small that close), and then rush away once she goes back to pulling. Definitely easier for range, though
So I tanked this with another guy all PUG and we full cleared wiping only twice on Queen and that was because of me never having done her … Was that just lucky group or did they already nerf it
Can anyone help me understand why im taking 5million dmg from wrest? I was almost at the edge of the platform and got 1 shot. There are people in the video who are half way from the boss and they dont die to wrest.

Dude this is why I am an advocate no NO mechanics. I have been warning that boss mechs will become a manual Rube Goldberg machine for 8+ years now. I saw the writing on the wall way back then. 3 phases? More like 783 phases. Christ, I'm not a goddamn matrioshka brain. I already have to navigate a complected 30 button rotation algorithm in my head that drastically changes every other patch AND manage a pet. Let my dumb ass sit in the middle and dps to get my gear. And ffs I am not "entitled" for wanting endgame gear without succumbing to a SEIZURE.
Blizz seems to love ridiculous mechanic final boss fights that take forever. Didn't they learn years ago those fights are dogshit?? Really makes me miss fights in Cata and MOP where Blizz had a clue about fight design other than "add more stuff" from whatever dumbasses they hired to do raid design now.
Becouse while the groups are in the green circles queen start casting huge aoe wave that kill every1 and when dedicated players with good defenses detonatr the bomb just right before queen cast go off it make every1 blow to air and dodging the aoe wave.

Pretty easy mechanically but the numbers are tuned pretty hard
The hard part of this boss is that one guy in the raid, and you know who I’m talking about.

not really, u get some downtime but it certainly is easier for ranged

Did you get AOTC in 4 -6 weeks in WoLTK? No. Did you have to follow 75 mechanics in Ulduar or ICC? Also no. So there.

Well u need to have some difficulty, pve is painfully easy so far and with addons it's even easier
