Hello everyone. Hope you all are doing well.
Today we are going to learn how to glitter a glass bottle. These glitter bottles never go out of style.
Used gold glitter on bottle.
And also given an ombre effect on bottle using glitter. Can be done on empty jar as well.
Very simple DIY. Do try it. These glitter bottles will add glamour to any corner of your house.
You can also apply Varnish after the bottle is absolutely dry.
Parental guidance needed.

Can you please the exact measurement or quantity of water and fevicryl , because when i am trying its leaving white patches after drying.

2 parts of glue to 1 part of water. If your glue is old or not used for a long time, then it is possible that it has become a bit dry and thick. So add a little more water..so make it 2 parts of glue to 2 parts of water. Mix very well. It should not be runny or thick. Hope that helps. Do let me know.

@@ayesha0804 when u use glue to seal the glitter, make it runny. So use 1 part glue to 1 and 1/4 part water. If Ur glue is thick, then adjust accordingly. Make sure that u do it after it is absolutely dry. The last glue coat.😊 And use the brush softly. Don't drag and use pressure while applying the last coat of glue to seal. Be gentle😊

Hi, for only glitter bottles, you applied the glue, then glitter and then glue again. So at last how did you removed the last added glue?
The last applied glue is to ensure that the glitter is uniformly pasted. You don't have to remove it as it fixes the glitter well to the bottle, not allowing it to fall. Once it dries, you can apply Varnish. You can find it in my description box.
What kind of glue did you put on the bottle? Is it modpodge
Yes😊. And after the modge podge dries very well, you can varnish the bottle. The varnish was not available during the time I made the video due to shutdown. I have put the link for the varnish in the description box. Little Birdie gloss varnish will be great for this project😊

Is it fevicol and modpoge are same or different?
Modge podge can be used as fevicol and also as a last coat as varnish
Should we use glitter bottle nd also a light?
You can if you put a masking tape on the areas where you want to leave open without glitter. So when you remove the masking tape, from that area light will show.

Which varnish is best for glitter bottles
Hi Ritika. Thanks for visiting my channel. The best for this project will be the gloss spray varnish as it will be very easy to spray around for this project. You can even try Little Birdie Gloss varnish. Apply when the bottle is absolutely dry. Link for this is in the description box.

You can use Fevicryl Modge Podge Gloss. It comes for Rs150. I have given the link for this in the description box😊

I have tried glitter on bottles..but after adding the layer of glue over the glitter in order to seal it...the shine of the glitter reduces...😭 Have you experienced it too? If yes..what can we do to overcome it?? And after the last layer of gloss modge podge, is varnish required?
Yes. It does reduce the shine. You have to seal the glitter by using glue. Or else it will keep dropping all over. But last you give a varnish which has a gloss finish. Use varnish only when the glue is very well dry.
You even give 2 coats of varnish giving time for each coat to dry well in between. You can use the gloss varnish from itsy bitsy. You can use my coupon code HILDA 5 if you shop online to get a 5% discount.

I have used fevicol here. You can use any wood glue or PVA Glue
