Sorry for the later upload today , the internet gods was against us. Forgot to mention another great new channel called the “Flying Fergy Man” Have a good Sunday 👍
You just never know who your audience might be....lol. Here I am a 60 year old lady, kindergarten paraprofessional in small town New England USA...and I just watched this entire video about repairing an old massy tractor/digger.....and I enjoyed it ! I'm no farmer, but my grandfather was and he was a crack mechanic...could fix and build anything. Most of the machinery on his farm he built himself from scraps and parts off of old vehicles...including...a tractor, cultivator, snow blower, and a roller thingy he used to compact his driveway. I have no interest in machinery per say....but I do so love seeing old things made new and so that's probably why I'm so interested...and....I love farmers....you fellas are so creative and smart about a lot of things. If this world were run by farmers we'd all be a whole LOT better off ! Anyway....love your vids...looking forward to the finish of this digger as well as that old cottage !
The Massey’s starting to take shape. I’ll have to go check out those channels. Thanks for the recommendations. I’ve been following Karen for a while now, and think she’s awesome
I cant believe my luck finding these videos of the 50B! I bought one myself about 3 years ago and at the time, I lost interest in it as I couldnt get anyone to help me or spend the time doing her up. Then I bought a little compact tractor and the 50B (or Big Bertha as we named her) has sat in a shed ever since. Now, I am very excited to get stuck into doing her up. Im not a mechanic of any kind. Im a vet with a love of hardship and figuring stuff out, trying new things and learning (usually the hard way) as I go. Having your videos for a direction, tips and filling in a lot of the missing blanks is a god send. Thank you so much, I'm delighted to have found these videos!
Thanks for the kind words Adrian, I love being a part of this community of Farming RUclipsrs and the more support we all give one another the better! Youre a pure professional yourself there is no faulting ya! Keep up the great work youre an inspiration to thousands 🇮🇪🙌
Its no wonder your channel keeps growing Adrian, you are not a selfish blogger and the shout out you just gave for that young man and the other RUclipsers whom i also love watching. You are inspirational.
Brilliant video Adrian, your some man to build and fix things, after watching this, im going out to change the plug in the lawn mower, ill keep you updated, all jokes aside, i hope that young man makes a full recovery, Karen, no bother to you girl!
"You make the warranty invalid." I love your dry humor!! I am continually amazed at your ability to fix things and fabricate whatever you need. I hope you continue for a long, long time. I look forward to your videos.
I had a good laugh at that line too! 😂 It is always interesting to watch Adrian figuring out next steps for the latest challenge and then watch him get it done. 😊
Good shoutouts adrian, i watch a lot of karens videos and as you say she is an inspiration to ladies in farming, to do a full time job and come home and look after her farm is amazing well done karen
I would not skip watching your channel. I love seeing the farming and your skilled building, designing and rebuilding of buildings snd mechanical things. Great channel! 👍👍Love to your family and best wishes to young Porrick. Hope he remains cancer free. 🙏🏻❤️
Another great video Adrian as I mentioned in part one I'm a massive fan of older vehicles and machinery and spent many happy years working on all sorts of stuff. The Massey Ferguson brand is close to my heart as my Dad worked on a farm for 40 years and his first tractor was a TE20 petrol paraffin grey fergy and over the years went up to a 135 etc etc. Where we lived at the time the Massey Ferguson factory at Banner Lane in Coventry was only around 7 miles from us and now and again you would see the trucks and trailers taking the tractors all over including to the docks to be shipped worldwide. Happy days looking back and having great memories. The young lad you mentioned has my best wishes and hope he makes a full recovery and well done you for dedicating this video to him. I'm looking forward to the next installment and keep up the great content 👍👍
Hello Adrian, you spoke some fine words at the end there, i wish the young lad all the best for a speedy recovery, you mentioned other utubers Karen, what a great girl, she is adorable a great credit to women in agriculture, Glynn and his father they make a great team in a very tough environment allways look forward to their vids, thank you all for your time. from 🏴 your close neighbours.
From Oregon, USA, I was born and raised on a farm in Missouri until the age of 10. My dad had a Massey-Ferguson similar to the one that you restored for your dad. I always look forward to your videos with the range of topics and projects that you present to us. Many blessings to you and your family.
Brilliant video Adrian, great quality work as always and great of you to give a shout out to those other brilliant channels, who needs a tv anymore apart from watching football, and also I hope young Pauric recovers well to full health again.
Arian, a speedy recovery to the young lad. Agreed!!! Your other Irish farmers ~ their videos are terrific!! You are a kind man to mention them. Totally enjoy your videos ~ something new to learn every time, and I am not a farmer! Thank you!
Making your own panels 🤗 Better than original 👍 Lord Muck should be involved over for a play on the digger, Kim on his channel is great at repairs/welding etc... Come to Cavan, and bring your toolbox 😊
Nice one Adrian That's a big project with the JCB but I have no doubt but you'll have it like new Best wishes to that young man that got the health knockout, onwards and upwards Best wishes to all that got a mention
Our local drainage contractor did a moutain of work with a 50 B in the 70s and still has it going on shear grab duties in the winter.that will be a mighty job when your finished with it. Great words at the end and that support for that young lad will do so much to maintain a positive attitude and recovery .well done never under estimate the power of community support. And both Glyn and Karen are breath of fresh Kerry air .
I really appreciate you taking the time to explain all the stuff you do in such great detail. Makes all the difference for me when i can learn new stuff when watching videos
My Mrs is usually watching some soaps or other this time of night! She's absolutely loving it! She struggles to change a plug! 🤣🤣 Once again Adrian, Top Drawer!! Stevie&Diane👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼🏴🏴
The sheep shepherd is a great watch the young fella has him drove daft half the time😂, Declan’s content is great as well, I appreciate his skill as I’m studying mechanical engineering myslef. Karen is trooper alright. I see she has a nice shiny toy for the winter which will hopefully make things handier for her
Some great skill there Adrian be proud of those light brackets On top of lift pump for diesel there's a cap with a screw in the middle if u take off there's a gauze in there that can be cleaned And great to hear u on radio aswell 👍
I don’t have a tractor or a farm but there is something very wholesome about your channel, I enjoy seeing the family working around the farm and its lovely content to relax with. Keep doing what you are doing!
Adrian another great video, thank you. Lovely words from the heart about others. I follow Karen and admire the hard work she puts in. I love her videos. Cheers for now
I really loved this Adrian, there is something very satisfying and rewarding about fabricating and fixing these old yokes. Great video, I look forward to the next one. 👍👍
You should put those super bright lights on the back to really give you a good area to vision. The lights like the ones they put in cars now that blind you. You have a great channel, and I can feel the love you put into your farm and family, that's why you get a lot of likes! I look forward to Sunday mornings like a child waits for Santa to come. You are genuine and real, I don't think you edit out all your errors either. You are just like everyone else and people can tell that. As an American, I absolutely love to see farming in other parts of the world. I would love it if you posted new videos more than 1 a week. But I totally get why you don't. I have found all 3 of those people you gave a shout out to, so I'm going to give them a look. Have a great day and Adrian you stay safe while you are working. Thank you for giving us a peek into your farm.
One of things i particularly like about Adrian’s channel is he does very little advertising or promoting. Others are at it full time which in my opinion is off putting. Great tips here and very satisfying to watch.
@@James_Smith715 I understand what you are saying and I agree to some extent, but these people put a lot of work into creating the videos, once I got past that piece, I have no problem with a bit of sponsor ship here and there,
@@James_Smith715I like buying my own things when I can, i could fill a few sheds full of sponsored stuff if I wanted too but it would be mostly items I don’t really need. I have a few sponsored videos coming up soon but again just simply stuff that can hopefully help me get through projects faster and make life a little easier.
Adrian a long splitter for bending steel make up a jig from angle Iron and use ur log splitter to bend steel I do it I used normal splitting head and sometimes put a smaller bit of angle iron over the point and she pushed whole length down straight great job
There’s probably also a fine gauze filter in the top of the diesel lift pump under the little dome top. Looking at the diesel filters it’s probably fairly ok but no harm to check Also for the third service on the loader probably the easiest option would be to add an electric diverter the same as a tractor loader rather than trying to get a 3 lever valve chest
Love the 50b videos. Looking forward to seeing it in super working order. Also looking forward to you building that new machinery shed when ever it happens.
Fair play to you Adrian for giving the other irish you tubers a shout out they all also have very good content and are worth watching, you are doing a great job on the MF 50B restoration she will be as food as new by the time you are finished great job👍
Have you considered using all the old oil and putting it into a massive container and then putting your wooden stakes (for fencing) into the container. It works a treat and extends the life of the stakes.
Great video again Adrian. Looking forward to seeing all the repairs on the massey to come. You do great work and explain everything really well. Always enjoy your videos. Best wishes to padraic for a full recovery. Karen and sheep shepherd are great you tubers aswell.
Those light mount fittings are far better than the ones that were factory fitted, good luck when you get to the rams. Glad the young chap is making a recovery, as a parent even if you children have a cold it's still nerve wracking. It's going be a lovely day when your out on you Massy, digging ditches and leveling roads. 👍
Fantastic video Adrian 👍🏆♥️ your working your magic on the Massey 👍 Aww the very best to the young man, and wish you a speedy recovery ❤ I'll be checking out your recommendations for the other RUclipsrs 👍 Have a lovely day ❤
