Thank you for for providing these. I have a question in relation to the Secure Communication, with communication being enhanced what are the odds of a sophisticated Cyber attack using Quantum computer ?
If we still rely on the traditional encryption (e.g. RSA based on the prime factorization of large integers), once quantum computer works, it can be cracked very easily (e.g. using Shor's Algorithm). However, people have started developing the so-called post-quantum encryption schemes which rely on other mechanisms and Shor's Algorithm will not work.
