That’s amazing brother I have msi gf65 thin Rtx 3060 144Hz I think I should get a monitor so I can record a smooth video like yours mine lags when I record with obs bro maybe post a video explaining how you record I will highly appreciate it

If it's nvidia Definitely record your gameplay with Nvidia overlay by holding Alt+Z and then you can see "record" on the menu that popped. I think You can hold alt+f9 to start recording right away.
If you still had a problem with recording i would recommend lowering the resolution of the game
