Electrical, plumbing, and heating works must pass city inspections before the process of building complete and final inspection the whole house must be done before home owner move in... In Cambodia home is built from iron, cement, brick, steal, stone, tile, and roof tile or steals...

Oh wow! it’s a good deal half million you get a brand new home. In California one million is old house and that’s not a brand new house, just fairly ok house. Home insurance there is also cheap, Ca is expensive.

They have fan hood in their bottom plus microwave on the top and hole on the top of microwave like normal hood , I had it before I didn’t like it too crowded my husband changed it to the a regular hood

You can buy this year but wait until Fall if you live in Northern states you will get better price because home owners want to move out before snow fall
