CHEF TOM!!! This sauce and that ranch are the bomb! I have a dairy allergy so I veganized them - Kite Hill sour cream, vegan kimchi, and instead of the fish sauce half ponzu half hoisin. I TOTALLY understand why you are saying this is your new fave ranch - the kimchi gives it that buttermilk taste I've been missing with my allergy. AMAZING. PS I don't comment often but we love you!
Kimchi Ranch is the name of my K-pop/Country cross-over BTS cover band. All kidding aside, I grew up eating kimchi with tortilla chips with my Korean-American buddy back in the early 90's in Texas. Having been later stationed in Korea, I recognize that Korean flavors are fantastic, and I'm glad they're represented in modern culinary cuisine along with other cooking styles here in the U.S.. Also, there are hundreds of different types of kimchi recipies - I'm assuming this is tongbaechu, or napa cabbage kimchi. I can see mumallaengi-muchim (dried radish kimchi) working too.
Might be the best food channel on RUclips!? I watch and like lots of various channels, but ATBBQ is always consistent and imaginative! Keep it up Chef Tom. 👍
I’ve been loving all of the Asian fusion recipes! How about some South American fusion next? A Venezuelan friend of mine introduced pulled pork arepas to me recently and would love to see an ATBBQ variation in the future. Seems like a potential home run!
I've had most of the Cattleman's seasonings - the only one I seriously question is Ranchero, and I got that as a freebie. Everything else has been solid. (Open kimono - have yet to use Lone Star or the Blackening seasoning. Ordering those next).
Alrighty then.. First off , I Love that grill. Next, the sauces are SO interesting and look like a million bucks. And, the wings are cooked the absolute best way they should be cooked. A+ my friend..
Nice! Gotta give that dipping sauce a go ... lol, you're fingers look like my 6-year-old during every meal he eats. Just need to add some sauce on your cheek and maybe your ear and forehead.
My local burger place does Korean fusion with kimchi burgers, gochujang wings, loaded korean style fries and a lot more. Awesome flavor combos!

OH WOW I LOVE KIMCHI AND WHO WOULD'VE THOUGHT AS A DIPPING SAUCE!!!!! THIS WILL GO GRET WITH SOME COLD IPAs AND A BOTTLE AZUL TQ ✌🏾🔥🔥
You have the right idea! Thanks for watching!
Can you do Asian pork skewers?
I make my own sauces all the time. I find if I use something like Frank's buffalo wing sauce instead of hot sauce and butter it doesn't separate
Chef Tom in Clark Kent mode
You had me at gochujang, but that kimchi ranch dressing is what really piqued my interest!
damnit why didn't I pick up wings after work!!
👌👌👌👌👌
I'm not at all a fan of ranch, but a huge kimchi fan - I am definitely trying this.
respect🫡chef Tom👍
