thanks for video. very clear. 5:24/10:50 the sum(q|e|) + sum((1-q)|e|). the formula is a bit obscure. As only one of the two terms is non-zero, which is what the sentence after explain and the bottom equation emphasis.

Nice explanation :) Really helps to have an overview before I dive into textbook material. I am using Cameron,Trivedi: Microeconometrics Methods and Applications and I find it appalling how they explain using equations and almost no intuition.
