Mumbai - 277 billion dollars GDP nominal
So it's the other way around. Dubai's GDP is slightly less than double of Mumbai's GDP.
Since GDP nominal depends on population, it's also important to compare the population these cities.
Dubai's population - 34 lakhs
Mumbai population - 120 lakhs.
So according to these stats an average Dubai citizen is 8 times as productive as an average Mumbaikar.
@@adityasingh3963 you are wrong.. mumbai ka nominal GDP 2021 mai 310 billion dollars tha jo ki Abhi 380 to 400 billion dollars hai..just check on Google
@@konkankalasanskruti4269 Different websites can show different numbers. I used the same website for both the countries and the data is from 2021 (because I couldn't find the latest one). So, the numbers might not be accurate for 2023 but it's okay for comparison. I tried searching for a lot of website to check where you're getting your numbers but found none. In fact I found that Maharashtra has around 4.8 billion so I doubt Mumbai alone will contribute to almost the whole of Maharashtra's GDP, I mean Maharashtra has other big cities too like Pune. And even if you assume Mumbai has 400 billion dollars GDP, it will still be less than Dubai given the difference in population between them. So my point that Dubai has larger economy still holds true.
There are lots of Iranians in India and they mix very well with Indians and are also very Broad minded and friendly people.
